Return policy
This document describes how eligible purchases from Flourishglow may be returned or exchanged. It complements the checkout terms shown when you pay and respects applicable consumer rules in Norway.
Who this covers
The policy applies to goods shipped from our Oslo desk to addresses you provide at purchase. Digital-only items, if offered later, will carry separate download terms before payment.
Window for returns
Unless a different statutory period applies, you may cancel a distance purchase within fourteen days of receiving the goods, provided items remain in resalable condition with labels and packaging intact. Custom-printed batches may be exempt if production already began with your written approval.
Process
Email help@flourishglow.pro with your order reference, items you wish to return, and whether you prefer refund or replacement. We respond with a return label or postal instructions within three business days when your request falls inside the policy.
Refunds
After we inspect returned goods, we issue refunds to the original payment method. Shipping charges paid for express upgrades are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item.
Defective items
If hardware arrives damaged or a printing defect affects readability, contact us with photographs. We arrange repair, replacement, or price reduction consistent with the Consumer Purchases Act where it applies.
